Celine embarks on her Taking Chances World Tour with stops in Africa, Asia, Australia and Europe, before returning to the US and Canada.Celine has announced plans for the North American leg of this tour, 45 arena dates which will launch in Boston on August 12, 2008. The tour will wind its way throughout the U.S. and the singer’s native Canada over the course of six months, culminating on January 30, 2009 in Ft. Lauderdale. It promises to be another spectacular live concert event where Celine will perform her biggest hits, along with songs from her new English album Taking Chances which will be released on November 13th. The show, which is being directed by Jamie King (Madonna’s Confessions world tour, Christina Aguilera’s Back to Basics world tour, Ricky Martin’s Livin’ La Vida Loca world tour) will accompany Celine’s performances with a visual feast of color, fashion, dance and surprise!
